In September 2025 I ran a workshop with Steel City UX Ladies where we used the extended metaphor of a taqueria providing different UX methodologies to craft a delicious experience.  From a simple quesadilla to a burrito so full you can't close it, this workshop allowed us to explore how sometimes tradeoffs have to be made, the food can be sloppy, and yet you still have a delicious meal.
